Since its inception in March 2017 through December 2023 the Honor Guard has rendered military honors to 834 veterans interned within Baldwin County with a majority of services provided at the Alabama State Veterans Cemetery in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Even during 2020, with a three-month shutdown due to Covid, the members were still provided honors at 135 funerals.
